History of the Dark Knight
Topic: Superhero Comics

I've discovered one of the best sites I've ever seen if you want to the development of Batman. It's got a huge number of drawing and even large numbers of complete pages. It's located at:

Batman at www.supermanartists.comics.org

The guy knows his business. He can show you how to tell which artist was ghosting Bob Kane by the shading on Robin's hair!

Great Comics Blog
Topic: Superhero Comics

Found this great blog about comic books. But the best feature of it, is that when you click the comic panels and artwork, open to a very large version. The writing is interesting, but it's the artwork that would get me to return. The website is:

Mood:  happy

OK! Got the links feature to finally worked.

Came across an interesting website tonight. It's a great concept and you can enjoy it whether you're a comic book fan, or not. iIt's called "Superdickery" and it's found at: http://www.superdickery.com/

It's a site that shows comic panels and covers to comic books that were unintentionally funny. Here's a great example:

Topic: Designing my blog
OK, so I've been unable to change the links. I wanted to add some cartoon related links, but it keeps showing the Tripod/Lycos links. I'll keep trying.

New Blog
Now Playing: Hello
This is my first blog. It's just an experiment right now and whether I continue will depend on if I feel I have something to contribute and whether anyone cares to listen!
